One of my jobs at CHS is to work with Cherie Clark, the director of College and Careers at the Willamette Promise. Together we have worked to improve the experiences and outcomes for students who attend career fairs.

This past summer Cherie headed up the production of short 3 minute-ish videos to help students understand, ask questions and generally engage when they attend career fairs.

 

I helped facilitate student feedback on the videos as they were being constructed. I then created Google Slideshow to deliver the videos to students during our advisory period in the weeks before the career fair.
