There is no one in the Central School District who is in charge of facilitating or moderating technology use. One way I have advocated for ethical use is to send out information and tips via school email. One example is to teach teachers an easy way to help students find copyright free images using Google. Image searches can be filtered to identify those images that can be used for various purposes and under certain conditions. When conducting a Google Image search, click on Search Tools>Usage Rights, and then from the drop down menu, select "Labeled for non-commercial reuse [with modifications]," for images that can be used and modified for education.
