I am a huge proponent of Carol Dweck and her theories about Growth Mindset. I have informally promoted Growth Mindset to teachers and administrators at Central High School through sharing Google Slideshows, bulletin boards and other media. This paper was the foundation of what has become the continued research and application of Growth Mindset in my class room and my school.
